Here is a PDF version of the lesson.

Here is a PDF version of the workbook containing lots of practice.

In this lesson you will learn more about decimals.

You will practice how to determine the place value of the digits within the decimal and why it is important to understand the place value of each digit when converting decimals to percent.

For example, does 0.1 represent 10% or 1%? Why?

You will learn how to compare decimals and how to multiply decimals.

When multiplying  a natural number by a decimal, ignore the decimal and multiply as natural numbers, then put a decimal point in the same place value as it was in the original decimal (tenths, hundredths, etc.)
